Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order.

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

Generally, damage to sweaters by a defect in the manufacturing process is covered under our warranty, while damage caused by the wearer is not covered. 

For custom made sweaters, they are customized according to customer requirements and often very expensive because of the very expensive cashmere materials. We only purchase those expensive materials based on the customer's order. Therefore, they can not be refunded.

The shipping fee will be very expensive and it is $ 35 at least although you may only pay $10 or $ 25. It is also time consuming and sometimes there is custom duty imposed by the government when returning. Therefore, you should have a reasonable reason for returning.  

Following are procedures for return and replacement

  1)  Obtain a Return Authorization Email by contacting our Customer Service: [email protected].

  2)  Send your item back to us and provide our Customer Service with the Delivery Confirmation Number.

  3)  You will pay your own return shipping fee. Once we receive your return package, you will either receive a refund within 48 hours or be sent a replacement.

You have twenty (20) days from the date you receive the products to contact us for a return authorization email if you want to return them for a reasonable reason.  $ 35 or more SHIPPING CHARGES  WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Return=total amount- $ 35 or more Shipping fee
